James, Daniel Gibson and Cavaliers push through...

From defeating the struggling Washington Wizards to overcoming the three headed beasts of the New jersey NEts and to the demolishing of the Detroit Pistons towers of defense, the Cleveland Cavaliers are now at the top of the East. All thanks not only to Lebron James but the entire Cleveland Cavaliers. It was James who dominated at least in three or four games in all three Series, it was Sasha Pavlovic who played defense on Jason Kidd to keep the Nets at bay, it was Anderson Varejao who hustled for loose balls and played defense on guys bigger than him and it was Daniel Gibson who helped tear apart the Pistons in the Conference Finals. Gibson played tough defense and hit timely shots as well as free throws to help Cleveland gain Finals glory.

They kept their cool and made no excuses when Donyell Marshall missed a wide-open three pointer which could have won Game 1 ,and when Lebron James missed and could not get the call he wanted. In end, in games 3 and 4, Cleveland used it's home court advantage to the fullest to even the series , and who could forget James unforgettable historical 48-point effort including 27 of his teams 31 final points to win 109-107 in double overtime (see previous entry). Finally Game 6, Cavs once again keep their cool and play defense and Daniel Gibson explodes and all James ever did in the regular season to make his team better paid off. Therefore, the Cleveland Cavalier are on top of the NBA next to the Spurs.

It's hard to say. San Antonio might dominate in this finals but the Cavs have been able to stop the Spurs in their regular season meetings. James got through Prince, now he has to push pass Bruce Bowen as well as Michael Finley, Tim Duncan, Tony Parker and Manu Ginobli. It will be a great series.

Before, I said, we need to step-up in life, Gibson did it, will you? I made one crucial mistake on missing out on one more thing to step up...support. I guess sometimes, we have to rely on someone else to make us better then we step up. My dad made me more disciplined than ever and I owe him a lot for making it this far in school. becoming a Christian by accepting JEsus made me a better man. God bless to all
